1st Course: APPETIZER (Choose 1)

TORTILLA SOUP 
Made with hearty chicken broth, fresh tomatoes. Served with tortilla chips and fresh cilantro.

MEXICAN GARDEN SALAD 
Iceberg lettuce, Monterrey Jack cheese, pico de gallo, cucumber, and fresh corn. Dressing: homemade cilantro, avocado, balsamic, buttermilk ranch.

GUACAMOLE FIESTA 
Made fresh daily with creamy avocado. Served with fresh salsa. Tortilla chips, cotija and sour cream 

2st Course: ENTREE (Choose 1)

ENCHILADAS 
Three fresh corn tortillas filled with shredded chicken and topped with you choice of salsa. Choose salsa verde, salsa roja or mole (sweet and spicy).

COCONUT SHRIMP TACOS
Three homemade jumbo coconut shrimp in a corn tortilla. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, Monterrey Jack cheese, guacamole, sour cream, Mexican rice and beans.

FAJITAS
Your choice of grilled meats (or just vegetables), peppers and onions. served with warm corn tortillas, beans, rice and sour cream. Options include: Marinated Chicken, Marinated Steak, The Trio: Chicken, Steak, Shrimp OR Vegetarian: Peppers, Onions, Olives, Corn.

• ROASTED CAULIFLOWER SOUP: Purple potato chip garnish.
• HOUSE OR CAESAR SALAD
• WATERMELON SALAD: Red and yellow watermelon, arugula, ricotta salatta, balsamic drizzle, Maldon flake Salt.

2ND COURSE: ENTRÉE
• NEW ENGLAND LOBSTER ROLL: Fresh Maine lobster salad with dill, served on a toasted New England roll. Served with French fries.
• SHRIMP AND ASPARAGUS RISOTTO: white wine and parmesan cheese, with cherry tomatoes and roasted artichoke hearts. (make vegetarian with no shrimp)
• FLAT IRON STEAK: grilled to perfection served with a smoky polenta, and summer green beans. Topped with a red wine reduction.
